Current Beauty Essentials...

So this is definitely not all of the makeup that I use everyday but these three have been my beauty staples for the past couple of months. I love trying different looks for different seasons and I've found some things that I'm really loving for Fall/Winter.

1. Maybelline Master Duo Liquid Liner- I would be lying if I said I wasn't a sucker for a good cat eye. I typically don't wear a lot of eye makeup because, honestly, I don't have time to put it on in the morning. Recently I have just been going with a primer and a little mascara. But when I have time for getting all dolled up this liner is a must! I've tried pencil liners & other liquid liners before and nothing has worked as well as the Master Duo. It is so easy to apply and goes on so smoothly! Definitely a winner!

2. Lollia Perfume- The only perfume that I have been using for the past few months or so is Lollia. Their scents are so dreamy and smell so good but are not overwhelming. This mini is the scent Imagine but I have mostly been wearing Wish. The mini guys are perfect for on-the-go and travel!

3. Flower Beauty Kiss Stick Velvet Lip Color in Dahlia Darling- If I didn't already love Drew Barrymore enough she got me with her makeup line. Her lipsticks in particular are killer! I've always been a fan of a red lip but was a little worried about trying it for myself, especially since I have such pale skin. However, Drew had said that this red was perfect for those with fairer skin and I decided to give it a shot. I can't get enough of this lipstick and this shade! It's not a bright organge-y but more of a berry, which I love. It has a matte finish so it lasts for hours but it doesn't dry out your lips. I've bought this lipstick in a few other shades and still love it just as much <3 nbsp="" p="">

The In-Between...

Right now I am at that point where I am ready to start listening to Christmas music and yet I'm not quite ready to let go of Fall. I guess that it might just be that I don't feel like I really got to soak up October and November as much as I wanted to. I still want to have a hot cup of cider and burn a pumpkin-flavored candle. But at the same time, I am also getting so excited for Christmas and all the decorations and festivities that come along with it. I'm telling myself that it's not time to go into Christmas mode until after Thanksgiving but I'm starting to get the itch!
What about you? Are you ready for it to be Christmastime or are you still holding on to Fall?

Writer's Block...

I hate that I haven't been able to blog much over the last two weeks. Things have just been super crazy since I am moving towards the end of the semester at school and I have a lot on my plate. In addition to all that I also had jury duty last week so things have been hectic to say the least. Despite all of that, I have been wanting so badly to get back to blogging. Even though it's only been a few weeks I have missed sharing little bits of my life daily on the blog. The trouble is since I am so busy with work and school at the moment I am having a hard time coming up with content to blog about. I don't want to just post things for the sake of having a post up every day. So, I guess my question is: How do come up with posts for your blog? Do you ever have times when the inspiration just isn't flowing? What do you do?
