Ok so you may have noticed that one of the things to do on my summer list is to work through an entire baking book. This is thte one I have chosen:
The hummingbird bakery is one of the best bakeries in London. If looking at the pictures wasn't enough to make me want to make the food, Gwenyth Paltrow wrote the foreword.I am working through the entire book in order and the first recipe was for vanilla cupcakes. I made everything from scratch, icing and all. I thought they came out pretty good and were the best vanilla cupcakes I have ever had.
