My Sister's Birthday...

 My sister officially turned 17 on Thursday. We started the day off right with sister manicures and had a great time talking and getting pampered. My sister is pretty chill so we relaxed most of the day but ended her birthday with dinner and old home movies. Oh, and I cant forget the Cheesecake we had!! So yummy!!

Surprise...

 It's always been on my bucket list to have a surprise party and now I can check that one off. What I thought was turning out to be a weird night out with a friend turned into a surprise 20th birthday party for me with all my closest gals. I don't know how they pulled it off but my sister and best friend had apparently been planning this for months. All I can say is that I truly was shocked! Every single detail was perfect! They had polka dot plates, my favorites drinks, cupcake balloons...everything! All I can say is that I am so thankful and blessed for the friends I have. I have to give a big thank you to Sarah and Maddie. I was so touched that they would go through all of that trouble just for me. It really made me see how much they care about me and what great people they are and how lucky I am to have them in my life. Thanks gals for a great party!

Meg's Chocolate Chip Cookies...

My sister, Maddie, is turning into quite the little baker. Yesterday she made Meg's chocolate chip cookies. They were very yummy and perfect for a Saturday afternoon snack! Plus, I made french toast for dinner, so it was good eatin' all around.

Robek's Rondevu...

Can you believe that I have never had a real smoothie? I've tried different fruit drinks here and there but I have never actually gone to a real smoothie place and had a genuine smoothie. Yesterday that all changed when Kristen, Maddie, and I went to Robek's in Annpolis for smoothies. It was very "summery." I loved all the different colors on the walls; they made me feel like I was at the beach. It was the perfect little treat on a hot day! They have every flavor and combination you could ever imagine! On The Shore...

We loaded up the car at 8 am and headed to Ocean City. Raphi and Sarah had never been and it was the perfect day for the beach. We walked on the boardwalk, shopped, ate, and even road some rides at the amusement park. But my favorite part by far was the time we spent on the beach just laying there and relaxing. I loved putting my feet in the water, laying in the sand and looking up at the beautiful blue sky, feeling the wonderful sea breeze, and just spending some time with 3 of my favorite people in the world. It was a perfect day at the beach...
