Blueberry Milkshake...

Tonight my two most darling friends came over to hang out with sick old me. We had made plans to go out but I am still not feeling healthy and didn't want to risk it. Instead Suzanne and Sarah brought me a scrumptious blueberry milkshake from the "Metro Diner" and we stayed in and watched "The Switch" and "The Accidental Husband." It was nice being able to rest in my comfy pj's and chill with my girls. I'm off to bed and will hopefully wake up feeling much better. I have a busy weekend ahead.

The Drunkin' Pumpkin'...

I have discovered my new favorite drink at Caribou Coffee. It's called the Drunkin' Pumpkin' and it's a white chocolate mocha with pumpkin spice and irish cream. It's HEAVEN!! I downed two of these on Tuesday alone!! Now it's my after school ritual to stop by Caribou and grab a large one of these and a couple slices of their delicious pumpkin bread!! It's so good! If there is a Caribou near you stop by and grab one of these. You'll thank me.

Weekend Update...

This weekend I spent Saturday with friends. Heather and I met for lunch where we had amazing Caesar salads!!

Then we went to do some shopping. I found this glam sequin dress but I wasn't willing to pay the $100 for it. Was that a mistake?

Heather found a lot of things she liked. We probably spent 20 minutes trying to decide what sweater she should get.
Then we headed to Goodwill. I was hoping to find as many treasures as I did last time but I came away empty handed. I did find out that our Goodwill has a pretty decent supply of used books and a lot of them are in good condition.

Heather and I jammed to Sweet Thing the whole car ride home. I have a video to prove it (which I will post later.)

Then we headed to a friend's birthday party in downtown Annapolis. It was really fun. After the party I helped Suzanne take our friend Betty home. It wasn't exactly smooth sailing seeing as we got lost in Bowie for about 10 minutes. Suzanne and I ended the night with soft serve Ice Creams from Micky D's. It was a pretty wonderful ending to an incredibly busy and fun day.

A Little Preview...

Crazy Love...

I started this book on Saturday and could not put it down. It is written by Francis Chan and is a beautiful book about our relationship with Christ and the importance of our faith. I definitely recommend it!
