Peace and Love,
Em
Saturday some friends and I went over to the eastern shore to do some shopping and have some good southern cooking at Cracker Barrel. With the help of my friends, especially Sarah, I was able to find a beautiful purple dress from J. Crew for graduation! I love it so much! After a couple hours of serious shopping we headed to the Barrel. I got my favorite Blackberry pancakes! So Good! And of course we all had a serving of biscuits with apple butter, a must when you are eating at the Barrel. It was such a fun night. This little trip was just what a girl needed.

Peace and Love,
Only day one of the week and I am already exhausted. The craziness was non-stop so I am sitting in bed right now blogging and then I will close my eyes in hopes of getting the best sleep ever. Don't worry, I will make sure that the blogs this week aren't all about how worn out I am. All that is popping into my head right now are theses Beatles lyrics:
Ignore the tired eyes and lack of make up. I am in no mood to go back to the daily grind tomorrow. This week is gonna be so crazy. Our Variety show is this weekend and so we have rehearsals non-stop. I really cannot wait until graduation when I don't have to worry about all of this stuff. Anyway, here's a little summary of my weekend:
Life has been so busy lately. This has been me the past couple weeks: dance rehearsals everyday. Our variety show is coming up next week and so everything has been kicked into high gear. I am no professional dancer and there is a lot of choreography. Learning all of this in addition to regular school work and work is a lot. But it'll all be good. The show will be great and it will hopefully all be worth it in the end.
I tried getting a perm a couple years ago and it didn't take at all. I was tried of my hair being so straight so I decided to give it another try with my amazing hair-dresser, Bobbie. And guess what! It worked! I can't believe I actually have curly hair now! I just wanted a little bit of a wave and the curls should calm down within the next couple weeks. I'm loving it!
On Sunday my mom and I drove out to Jammin Java to go to the second annual "All You Need Is Love" Show. You might remember that we went last year for Valentine's day. It was so good this year! I love it whenever these four talented guys get together to play. They each have such a different sound and put their own spin on things. It's so cool to just be able and sit there and listen to all the new songs they've written. It was a great night. Todd only brought red instruments in honor of the holiday. And they did some of my favorite songs! It was a gret night and a great show with a couple of my favorite guys!
