Life Lately In Instagrams...

1. New favorite leggings from Pacsun (thanks Maddie). 2. Sleep, sleep, sleep. Trying to get rid of this vertigo.

My first assignment as an intern for DC Life Magazine was to go and cover a few of the shows at Latin Fashion week 2012. The experience was so cool! I had full access to everything and even got to go backstage to meet the designers! I can't say it enough how blessed I feel that God has given me this incredible opportunity and I cant wait to see what else I get to do in the future. Here are some of my favorite shots from that day:

Still Here...

Yes, I am still alive, this week has just been a whirlwind of chaos. When I went to school on Tuesday I started to feel really dizzy, to the point where I thought I may have to pull over because it was so bad. Tuesday turned into Wednesday and when I woke up I knew that I had a fever. I couldn't stand up straight and I just felt like a complete mess. So I ended up calling in sick to work, thinking that I had just been running myself into the ground and that maybe if I took I day off to rest I would feel better. Well, Wednesday night ended up with me in tears because I felt so horrible. Turns out I have Vertigo and it is no fun. The past couple days for me have been spent eating a diet of rice and bananas and sleeping all day long. It sounds relaxing I know, but with my new internship, school, work, and another project I am working on I am stressing out!! I know I need this time to rest and get better but I don't feel like I can fully relax with everything that I have on my plate. Today is the first day where I actually feel capable of doing a few little things, but even then I get worn out easily and need to lie down.

So.....until I feel better here are a few thing that have been keeping me happy.
