It's about time for me to say goodbye to Fall. Fall and all its leaves, its crisp days, and its pumpkin-flavored goodness. I've learned to love Fall, but trust me, I'm ready for Christmas.
Yesterday was the memorial service for my uncle Doug. It was nice to have all the family together for that. After the service we all went to my cousin's bar in Canton, but it got so crowded that my cousin, Maddie, mom and I went across the street the the Firehouse Coffee Cafe. We sipped chai lattes and ate turkey-apple sandwiches and listened to music. It was a nice time. I was so happy that I got to see my uncle Greg and family from TN. I miss them a whole lot.
Thanksgiving is officially over and that means that it is full out Christmas time! I started decorating my room today to get into the season. I'm not done yet but I thought I would give you a sneak peek at what I have done so far! For me, it's all about the glitter.
It's beginning to be my favorite time of year and I love all the holiday commercials that are being played. I particularly adore this Starbucks one. I think it's just magical.
With the perfect pair of cat eyes, dramatically oversized sunglasses, and gorgeous brown hair Natalie Wood is a definite style icon. She was able to embody the 60s look without going too over the top. I love all of her dresses and it doesn't get better than her glittery flapper number at the end!
