Chill Out...


Let's talk about stress. I have been struggling a lot with stress and the OCD aspects of my life lately. When I start having a hard time with this I have to remember that stress is something that everybody deals with, some just have it more than others and some are just able to handle it better. I've been trying to take more time to do things that aren't stressful: reading, listening to music, etc. I truly am starting to feel a little better (prayer helps a lot too) and am glad that I am finding ways to deal with stressful times. It really isn't the stress but how you handle it that matters. 
What are some things that you do to handle your stress? I would love to hear your ideas!

  1. I think you are doing all the right things to ease your stress...hang in there. Life gets crazy sometimes, but it's always worth it! It always works out in the end!

    Just hand the anxiety, pressure, worry ,and stress over to God and get the weight of your shoulders. You're on the right path, let him continue to guide you!

Hi Emma ~ I thought I would let you know that what you are feeling/going through that everyone at some point in their lives have gone through the same/similiar thing as what you are going through.....so, please know that you are not alone. Also, know that if you ever need to talk to someone, I'm there for you....ALWAYS! And there are some things we can not control, we can only control how we will react to them. Prayer, talking with someone and de-stress other aspects of your life are good for the soul as well! I love you!!! <3 ~Dawn
