I haven't baked anything for a long time so on Sunday I made double chocolate cupcakes for the Oscars. I used my recipe from Hummingbird Bakery and I think they tasted pretty divine. What I like about them is that there is not a lot of sugar or flour in them- I think this just makes them taste better and the cocoa really stands out.

ReplyDeleteI watched part of the Oscars, but dare I say it...I've never been into award shows...There! I said it...I admit it...I've never even watch 5 minutes of the Oscars before the other night...Is there something wrong with me?
Ha ha! No Ruth, is nothing wrong with you! I know a lot of people who aren't really into them. Maybe I'm the weird one for loving them so much :)
